Booking Conditions
- A non-refundable booking deposit of 150 Euro per week booked is payable at the
time of reservation.
- The rental balance is payable four weeks before your holiday arrival date where
time permits. In addition to this and at the same time, a security deposit of
100 Euro is payable to cover electric/oil usage, loss, damage and small
breakages - the balance of which will be refunded to you within one week of
departure.
- Your reservation will be confirmed in writing where possible.
- The house may be occupied from 16:30 hours (local time) on the day of your
arrival, and must be vacated by 10:30 hours (local time) on the day of your
departure.
- Wherever possible, the house will be checked at the time of departure, and the
security deposit will be refunded by post after allowing for electric/oil usage
and any loss, damage or breakages.
- On departure, the house, equipment and utensils must be left in a clean and tidy
condition. As there is no house-to-house refuse collection in the countryside,
all guests must dispose of their waste at the recycling centre (directions to
the yard can be found in the house).
- The house may only be occupied by the number of people stated on the Booking
Form.
- For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed.
- A cot and highchair are included in the property rental as well as a selection
of bathroom towels and bed linen. No items may be removed from the property.
Additional towels and linen will attract an extra charge.
- The proprietors cannot be responsible for loss or damage to valuables or
personal property. We recommend that you take out appropriate insurance cover
during your holiday stay.
- The proprietors and their employees are not liable and cannot accept
responsibility for any injury, loss or damage sustained by any person or persons
whether arising under the express or implied terms of any rental agreement, or
at Common Law (including any negligence of the proprietors, their employees or
agents) or in any other way whatsoever. The exclusion of the implied terms
contained in the Sales of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 is subject to
the provision of Section 40 of the said Act.
- In the event of breach of contract on the part of the proprietors, their
employees or agents, any loss and/or damage, including consequential loss
sustained by the renter shall be limited to the sum paid by the renter to the
proprietors.
- The proprietors or their agents may terminate occupancy if the booking
conditions are not complied with.
