The Cooleens is situated in West Cork, approx 3 miles from Schull along the coast road in an area called Kielbronogue (about 1 mile from where The High Road is situated).

It is beautifully positioned along a very quiet semi-private lane with views of the surrounding countryside, white castle and roaring water bay in the distance with its myriad of islands. The house itself is newly built and features one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two further  bedrooms upstairs with twin beds in each, and a main bathroom. All bedrooms are fully furnished. Bed linen, and a selection of towels are supplied as standard.

The sitting room is positioned just off the kitchen/dining room and is decorated to a very high and luxurious standard. It is large and bright with the open fire as the central focus. Both kitchen and sitting room have double glass doors which lead out onto the patio area and large garden.

Further accommodation downstairs includes a separate playroom/bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is an additional toilet off the hallway and large utility off the kitchen with all modern convinences (dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer etc).
